Why you need to wash your carpets?
There’s an argument to be made that carpet burn can be a more serious issue than carpet flaking, with carpet burn potentially costing the health of a person’s carpet, and in some cases causing them significant damage to their health and wellbeing.
According to research conducted by Dr. Bindu D’Argenio of the University of Illinois at Chicago, there is a significant body of research that suggests that carpet burning is not only potentially life-threatening but can also lead to respiratory and cardiovascular issues, which can eventually lead to the development of lung disease, pneumonia and even death.
A number of studies have found that carpet burns have been associated with the development and severity of asthma and other respiratory disorders.
Dr. D’Angelio has previously described how carpet burns can cause serious respiratory problems, including asthma and bronchitis, as well as the development, severity and progression of asthma, which are often irreversible.
“There is a lot of anecdotal evidence of carpets being burned,” she said.
“Carpets can become a breeding ground for bacterial growth, so we do not know the exact health effects of carpet burns but it is clear that they are very, very toxic.”
A lot of people are getting into the habit of using carpet burners in their home, but Dr. D’tarnio said there’s also a strong body of evidence to suggest that these are not the safest and most effective ways to burn carpets.
In the past decade, there has been a rise in the use of electric carpets, which have been shown to burn carpet in a more environmentally friendly manner than conventional carpet burn devices.
“I don’t think there is an absolute way to burn a carpet, but there are some common principles,” Dr. J.J. Johnson, a professor of carpentry at the University in Toronto, said in an interview with CNN.
Johnson said that there is no clear, safe or effective way to do the carpet burn on a home carpet.
“If you don’t have the proper tools to do it right, you will burn the carpet.
But there is nothing that says it’s safe, that it is safe for the environment,” he said.
There is also an argument that using carpet cleaners can actually help to increase the chances of carpet burning.
“You want to do that in a controlled way,” Johnson said.
“It’s not going to do anything to make it burn on its own, so you want to make sure that you’re not just burning the carpet, you’re cleaning the carpets surface.”
So, if you want a cleaner, less toxic alternative to carpet burnings, do yourself a favor and stop putting your carpet in the fire.
